Bright straw yellow in colour with a delicate mousse. The nose is very fruity, with notes of yellow fruit and candied lemon, with spice remaining in the background. The palate is equally fruity, with a well-integrated mousse, but the wine breaks down a little towards the finish, leaving only malty notes.
