Very pale straw yellow with subtle olive green hues. Fresh pineapple and lychee on the nose, along with fine sea salt and fresh lemon, with an aftertaste of sage. Juicy and bright on the palate, with a fresh acidity and great tension, precise and juicy, with a taut finish and radiant yellow fruit.
