Dieser Alta Langa ist ein "Rosé de saignée", dessen Farbe von leicht mazerierten und gepressten Pinot Noir Trauben stammt. Die erste Gärung findet in Stahltanks statt, und der Wein ruht bis zum Frühjahr, wenn er zur erneuten Gärung in Flaschen abgefüllt wird. Die Gärung wird durch eine lange Reifung in kühlen und dunklen Räumen während 36 Monaten ergänzt, in denen der Charakter dieses Alta Langa Gestalt annimmt. Die Remuage erfolgt von Hand an den Rüttelpulten.

Bright berries on the nose, some lemon and green apple, subtle brioche and herbs. The palate also has a berry-citrus aroma with ripe acidity, balanced fruit sweetness and an overall slender structure. Beautifully integrated, somewhat effervescent mousse. Finishes long and juicy with citrus and herbal notes.
