Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Generous, bright ruby red. Radiant nose of spruce needle, rich cherry, blackberry, then cassis and mint, very complex. Dense and supple on the palate, spreads elegantly over the tongue with velvety tannins, flattering and warm hearted, with a salty finish and drive.
