Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, rich ruby red. Blackberry on the nose, ripe fruit notes, slight hints of lovage, porcini mushrooms, wild berries, leather. Very taut on the palate with a lot of juiciness, clear use of wood, which is currently still dominant, appears somewhat tough overall.
