Medium ruby with cherry red edges. On the nose, wild strawberry, elderberry and grapefruit, with peppermint and nutmeg in the background, followed by balsamic notes. Crisp acidity on the palate, with powerful traction; straightforward and precise, with good flow, and wild strawberry on the finish.
