Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

A radiant and shimmering straw yellow. On the nose very fruity, with melon, peach, pineapple, lychee and mango, plus fine yellow floral notes. On the palate very fruity, balanced, with good structure, reminiscent of papaya and tropical fruits, plus delicate fruit texture, very individual, swings fine, slightly salty finish.
