The red wine Barolo Acclivi DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Comm. G.B. Burlotto has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Clear ruby core. Very inviting "Burgundian" nose with notes of cherry, raspberry and hints of geranium. Shows very good tension on the palate, opens up with pithy, tight-knit tannin, complex, multilayered with a long salty finish.
