Tasting Notes
Bright, shimmering ruby red colour. Fragrant, almost beguiling nose of raspberries and mint, paired with a hint of rosehips, wild strawberries and sage, with a hint of savouriness to tuck into! Finely-meshed tannins on the palate, compact, with clear, slightly balsamic fruit, creamy texture, supported by rich tannin drive, elegant and deep, eternal finish.
