Tasting Notes
Bright, brightening ruby red colour. Fine and profound aromas of cinchona bark, cold smoke and soft raspberry on the nose, with subtle hints of undergrowth and sealing wax. On the palate finely-meshed tannins and a taut, vertical finish, plus great salinity, currently still young, can and will age.
