A transparent cherry red colour. Peppery, savoury and inviting on the nose, dried rose petals, raspberries and freshly ground pepper, with a slight vegetal flavour. Beautifully juicy on the palate, with crisp fruit, a great acidity, playful, fine peppery notes, with a delicate, bitter finish.
