Spring-green foliage and gooseberry with a hint of white pepper on the nose. Delicate, youthful and unobtrusive on the palate with light floral aromas and a fine mineral spiciness at the edge of the tongue. The gentle acidity is rather subtle. Goes well with colourful asparagus salad with chive blossom.
