Quince, vineyard peach, herbal spice and mango on the nose. Accompanied by candied fruit, a little forest honey and woodruff. Fresh, fruity and agile on the palate. Fine bitter notes reminiscent of grapefruit with a delicate melt and refreshing sweetness.
