The white wine »Ex-Bibliotheca Subterranea Fass 361«, vintage 2023 from the winery Restaurant Schlossschänke has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Very floral aromas, lilac, mirabelle plum. The palate starts off supple, then leads into a strikingly full-bodied and intensely tactile mineral mid-palate, while the texture, minerality and acidity create an enormous contrast. A late harvest with enormous depth, great ageing potential and good length.
