The sweet and dessert wine »Ex bibliotheca subterranea Fass Nr.374« Riesling Auslese, vintage 2021 from the winery Restaurant Schlossschänke has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A typical Johannisberg nose with floral and above all berry aromas, plus a touch of caramel and raisins. A pinch of phenolics on the palate, dense extract, volume-giving sweetness, very well integrated acidity, mineral extract, almost chewy on the finish. An Auslese with immense depth.
