Bright, luminous golden yellow. Delicate Bach flowers, lemon balm and yellow stone fruit on the nose, delicately fragrant yeast bun with air. Taut on the palate with plenty of grip, juicy acidity, delicately salty. Pear fruit in the aftertaste, with a mineral background. Straightforwardly elegant until the long finish.
