White gold with green reflections. Initially, delicate notes of brioche on the nose, then with air, a fruity bouquet of white peach and apricot, fresh meadow nuances. Refreshing on the palate with a finely chiselled mousse, a touch of spicy ginger, wet stone and a tart note, delicious hints of quince on the medium finish.
