Light golden yellow with silvery reflections. Multi-layered bouquet with brioche and an ethereal herbal character underpinned by tropical papaya and pineapple. Taut, energising acidity with noticeable minerality and a fine, lively mousse makes for a complex palate. Enormous length with juicy elegance. An ideal food companion!.
