It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Pinot Noir, Grauburgunder from the region Alsace in France.
Aromas of apricots, Boskoop apple and toast, savoury notes of pepper and bay leaf. Distinctly dry on the palate, which emphasises a very appetising, subtle tartness, a fine-grained, vinous mouthfeel, balanced by the fresh acidity with a long, yeasty finish, notes of toasted nuts. A crémant with an animatingly tart and savoury core.
