Multilayered delicate bouquet of yellow stone fruit, apricot, peach, roasted nuts, yeast rolls and a touch of mint. Powerful juicy opening on the palate with plenty of concentration, fine acidity and a salty minerality. Straightforward, elegant and tense to the finish. Great.
