Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkard

Bright, luminous golden yellow. Butter cream, fine toast aromas with a hint of caramel and nettle blossom on the nose. Full-bodied, creamy on the palate, with delicate fruit sweetness of white peach and lime zest, mouth-watering acidity, very fine mousse. A great, exciting palate-pleaser that is fun as an aperitif or with light dishes.
