Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkard

Shimmering reddish white gold appearance. On the nose there is some red berry fruit, blood orange and nuances of brioche and elderflower. Juicy and creamy on the palate with a very fine, pearly mousse and a mineral touch. The slightly tart herbal savouriness on the finish gives expressive tension and depth. Can accompany hearty dishes.
