Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkard

Medium bright golden yellow. Delicate nose of brioche, dried apple peel, delicate herbal notes, hay. Smooth, silky mousse envelops the palate with delicate acidity, some fleur de sel, great length with very good aromatic length. Elegant harmony with certain ageing potential. A crémant in a class of its own!
