Tasting Notes

94+
Tasting from 31.12.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Coconut and much butter, slightly nutty, then becoming floral, finally even some yellow fruit of apricot. On the palate a generous attack, amazing fullness given the vintage, well-integrated and lively but not too austere acidity, a tactile mineral block on the midpalate, it is still very introverted, compact and gripping, very taut, and the tactile minerality remains very long on the palate.
