Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.04.2015

Closed, with some caraway, chalky mineral notes and burnt almond (high quality wood). On the palate, an even balance of ripe, subtle acidity, silky body, suppleness and tactile-mineral polish. Spicy notes on the finish. Generous yet discreet, truly aristocratic.

More about the tasting

Very pale yellow-green. Still somewhat restrained on the nose, delicate white tropical fruit, a hint of grapefruit zest. Harmonious and elegant on the palate, fine caramel in the aftertaste, hints of lychee, balanced, secure future potential.
