Tasting Notes
A very fragrant nose that blends creaminess, linden blossom and dried corn husk, all carried on an ozone breeze. Further sniffs reveal concentrated Amalfi lemon ripeness and notions of chalk. The palate is smooth, has wonderful depth, real nerve and tone and a serene vein of ripeness, yet all is buffered and smooth. There is a transparency that seems to act like a periscope, reaching deep into the limestone depth while retaining so much fruity juiciness. A.K.
