Ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, black pepper. The wine starts off creamy, then spreads a layer of the finest phenolics, impeccably ripe and with a paradoxical mix of presence and restraint. Ripe acidity carries the structure, mineral components gain intensity in the juicy, long finish.
