Delicately cloudy bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Smoky, herbal spicy reductive nuances, a touch of cheese rind, yellow tropical fruit, a honeyed note, with candied citrus zest in the background. Taut, tightly meshed, white peach fruit, lively acid structure, subtle fruit underlay, a chalky salty touch, light on its feet, lemony vegetal on the finish, it has a medium length.
