Tasting from 20.03.2015

From 100-year-old Syrah vines from Cornas (which are outside the AOC). Blueberry, blackberry, green pepper, liquorice, sage. Supple attack, homogeneous with tactile-mineral drive, mellow, loosely knit, grainy tannins, a hint of wood influence; subtle but supporting acidity, mineral through and through. Good length with notes of herbs and beeswax.
