Tasting Notes
Yield only 20 hl/ha. Spicy fruit, cherry, discreet juniper, some oak. On the palate, finely chiseled yet tense, emphatically juicy, mineral, almost Burgundy-like in its structure, fine, slightly lasting tannin, supple with great inner strength and exceptionally well-integrated acidity. Highest elegance.
