Elderberry and blackberry, black pepper and tar, herbal tea, dried meat. The palate initially reveals an oily base, then a grainy tannin in a strong dose, the acidity appears ripe and seamlessly integrated, the fruit is still closed, but indicates a very large ageing potential for development behind the very dense and at the same time "warm" extract core.
