Medium greenish-yellow in colour. Fine spice notes from the barrique on the nose, as well as subtle yellow fruit and mineral nuances - still somewhat restrained. Crisp and fresh on the palate with a mineral texture and some fine vegetal notes. There's a subtle grapefruit touch, to match the pleasant extract sweetness throughout. Remains very persistent, and still somewhat underdeveloped, with very good ageing potential.
