Tasting Notes
Initially closed and dumb, but with leafy notes, grape, orange confit and a touch of smoke. As it opens up more stone and lime are discernible. On the palate it is as hard as a rock, but with a soft background, a monolith with tons of extract and density, a lot of mineral extract and tactile with fine astringency. Very, very long. An iron fist in a delicate velvet glove.
