Already shows a multi-layered spiciness: white pepper, dried meat and dried shrubs, juniper, menthol, rheumatism ointment. The mouthfeel is juicy and sinewy, the taut tannins and lively acidity are supported by a furious tactile minerality, so that a strong current flows on the palate. Grippingly taut, but not over-concentrated, very young, a promise of palate elegance paired with wild spice. Intense peppery terroir notes already emerge on the finish.
