Weinbeschreibung : Sauvignon Réserve Hellgelbe Robe. Dieser Sauvignon Blanc hat ein sehr exotisches Bouquet mit Aromen von Passionsfrucht und Mango. Im Gaumen hat er einen rassigen Charakter mit intensivem aromatischem Ausdruck und einer schönen Struktur. Ausbau Der Sauvignon wird vollständig entbeert und verbleibt mehrere Stunden in der Maische, um eine größere aromatische Komplexität zu erzielen. Er wird während einem Jahr in burgundischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut, was ihn abrundet und ihm Fülle schenkt. Passt zu Dieser Wein wird als Aperitif genossen und passt gut zu Meeresfrüchten.

Restrained bouquet. Smells of ripe passion fruit, Mirabelle plum and tart gooseberry. There are also mineral notes of wet pebbles. Very well-integrated, ripe acidity on the palate, with some pepper. Fine-textured, tight-knit and long.
