Beschreibung der Verkostung: Diese Gutedel-Trauben stammen aus den am besten exponierten Rebbergen. Hellgelbe Robe mit einer schönen duftenden Dichte. Noten von Frische und dem Duft von Zitrus- und Akazienblüten. Süffig im Gaumen. Dieser Wein hat eine große Fähigkeit, sich während der Verkostung immer mehr zu offenbaren. Frischer, lebendiger Charakter und anhaltender aromatischer Abgang. Ausbau Ein Wein, der nach den Grundsätzen der Biodynamie, gemäß den Anforderungen von Demeter vinifiziert wird. Die Trauben aufgrund des höheren Zuckergehaltes ausgewählt. Nach teilweiser Entbeerung und leichtem Pressen, wird der Most abgekühlt und anschließend ausgeklärt. Folgt die alkoholische Gärung mit den Hefen, welche sich natürlich auf den Trauben befinden. Passt zu Dieser Wein kann zum Aperitif genossen werden und passt zu Süßwasser-Fischen sowie zu Gerichten wie Sauerkraut, Fondue und Käsekuchen.

Lemon yellow. Elegant floral aromas, buttercup and lime blossom. Fine notes of apple fruit, quince and summer apple are also vivid. Delicate on the palate, the taut acid nerve provides structure, length and freshness. Subtle herbal savouriness on the finish. Elegant.
