Weinbeschreibung: Pinot Noir Réserve Die rubinrote Farbe dieses Weins vereint in seinem Duft die Frucht und die Reifung im Eichenfass. Letztere schenkt uns die Vanille-Noten. Als fruchtige Elemente finden wir in der Nase Brombeeren und Himbeeren. Im Gaumen ist der Wein elegant, saftig. Die Tannine sind sehr gut eingebunden und sorgen für einen perfekten Abgang. Ausbau Dieser Wein wird nach den Grundsätzen der Biodynamie, gemäß den Anforderungen von Demeter, vinifiziert. Die Trauben stammen von den besten Lagen, die aufgrund der Komplexität ihrer Böden ausgewählt wurden. Durch die kalte Mazeration der Beeren entwickeln sich die fruchtigen Aromen dieses Blauburgunders. Natürliche Hefen sind für die Gärung zuständig. Anschließend wird der Wein gepresst und im burgundischen Eichenfass weiter ausgebaut, was den Wein an Komplexität und Struktur zunehmen lässt. Passt zu Dieser Wein passt gut zu rotem Fleisch, Wild und Käse.

Medium carmine, delicate edge brightening. Beautiful, clear cherry fruit, subtle liquorice and oak savouriness nuances. Harmonious aromas. Medium-bodied on the palate with cherry and savouriness notes, still clearly tannic. Finishes long and harmonious with savoury notes.
