Deep ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Delicate notes of nougat and preserved black cherries, a hint of precious wood and candied orange zest, finely spiced, attractive bouquet. Powerful, taut, ripe cherry fruit, fine tannins, elegant, mineral and long-lasting, salty finish, a multi-layered, finesse-rich food wine with further certain ageing potential.
