Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. A multi-faceted bouquet, with subtle notes of hazelnut, almond, jasmine and lime, a hint of reduction. Juicy and elegant, with subtle nuances of pome fruit, a touch of yellow pear, mineral-salty undertones and a lingering, savoury finish with notes of white pome fruit. Very good development and ageing potential.
