Subtle smoke, ripe yellow plum and overtones of dried cornhusk come together on a rather creamy nose with just a flicker of reduction. The palate replicates these flavours with lovely intensity and presents them on a ripe, rounded, smooth body with lovely fullness and verve. Intense, bold yet contoured and bright. Lovely.
