Elaborate bouquet with spice and subtle, finesse-rich fruit. Ripe Abate pear. Delicate notes of rose petals and walnut shells. Opulent, creamy palate. Powerful, warming mellowness is infused with mineral coolness. A congenial partner to wild salmon with beurre blanc.
