Tasting Notes
Rich, dark ruby colour with a slight garnet hue. Opens on the nose with savoury notes, some thyme and cedar, then fine fresh cherry, clear. Lots of taut, dense tannins on the palate, builds for a long time, lots of rich drive, salty, shows rich depth at the back, still closed, still needs to age.
