Tasting Notes
Typical Nebbiolo light color. Ethereal and fragrant: rose petal, herbs, raspberry blossom, mint candy and camphor. Tight structure on the palate, grainy, still very young tannins, strong but well-integrated alcohol, an overall classic structure, still closed finish aromas, but hinting at complexity (black tea, cherry, tree resin). Put it away!
More about the tastingSparkling ruby with garnet shimmer. Very fine, fragrant nose of raspberry, with a hint of white pepper in the background. Rich and dense on the palate, initially showing lots of raspberry fruit, then opens up with dense, tight tannins, builds up full-bodied, gripping and hearty on the finish.
