The red wine Salarco Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Fassati has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, intense ruby red. The nose displays notes of dried orange zest, raspberries, rose hips, fragrant and floral, violets. The full-bodied palate, with a powerful and rich mouthfeel, is complex as well as grippy with hearty tannins, lots of drive and length, for lovers of rich wines.
