The red wine Salarco Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Riserva, vintage 2017 from the winery Fassati has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Canaiolo nero, Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shimmering ruby red with a brightening rim. Delicate aromas of strawberry jelly and ripe blackberry, with a hint of dried plum and a cocoa-bean finish. Opens up vividly on the palate with the juicy acidity permeating the integrated tannins. The dense structure persists into the finish, and it lingers for a long time.
