Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Shimmering brick red with brown reflections. Open-hearted bouquet of ripe heart cherry, strawberry compote, followed by delicate savoury notes, juniper and some clay. Spreads comfortably over the tongue, with interwoven tannins, fills the palate well, again tart savoury notes, finishes quickly with a slight after-dryness.
