Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red with delicately brightening rim. On the nose initially of fresh yeast pastry, then of juicy cherries, watermelon and redcurrants, minimal alcoholic echo, fine oak. Tight tannin and nice acidity on the palate, savoury, then becomes a bit loose-knit on the back end, albeit juicy.
