Delicate salmon pink with a delicate mousse. On the nose, yeast, then milk chocolate, raspberries, blood oranges, with a vanilla aftertaste and a hint of sea salt. Juicy on the palate, with a delicate fruit core, opens with a well-integrated mousse, a great persistence and clear finish.
