Bright straw yellow with a drop of olive green. Elegant nose, slightly reductive, flint, salted lemon, roasted hazelnut, fine oak, multi-layered and complex. On the palate a great texture and flavour, comes in several layers, precise, finishes long and salty, great effervescence!
