Intense, radiant straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Elegant fumé tones on the nose, along with freshly ground coffee, a slight hint of malt, then pineapple, mango and juicy peach, with a candied citrus finish. There's great playfulness on the palate which is salty and crystalline with a remarkable structure and direct progression, stretching beautifully over the tongue. Clean, cllear and long, with a fine hazelnut finish.
